- Nadara appoints Jorge Martínez as Chief Growth Officer and Marco Serrão as Chief Human Resources Officer
- Jorge will lead delivery of sustainable growth at Nadara, by executing its pipeline and unlocking value from existing assets while Marco will drive culture, talent and organisational transformation
9 September 2025, Lisbon and Madrid – Nadara has appointed two senior leaders to its executive team, reinforcing the company’s commitment to its people, growth and sustainable value creation.
Nadara welcomes Jorge Martínez as Chief Growth Officer, based in Madrid. With around 25 years of experience working in energy across the world, Jorge will focus on delivering Nadara’s 18GW pipeline, unlocking value from existing assets and creating opportunities to maximise long-term value.
Jorge brings broad experience across solar, wind, biogas and fuel cells, and joins Nadara from Cero Generation, where he was responsible for overseeing engineering, grid integration, construction and health, safety, quality and environment (HSQE).
Marco Serrão has joined as Chief Human Resources Officer, based in Lisbon, bringing nearly two decades of global HR leadership experience across the telecommunications, technology and energy sectors.
Most recently, Chief People and Spaces Officer at Galp, Marco has a proven track record in cultural transformation, talent development and aligning people strategy with business goals. With experience working across Europe, Asia and South America, Marco will play a central role in strengthening Nadara and its people to support future growth.
