Governance

Nadara Limited has voluntarily adopted the Wates Governance Principles for Large Private Companies (2018) as the model for its corporate governance. The Principles are published by the UK Financial Reporting Council. They provide a framework for organisations to raise governance standards, demonstrate best practice and fulfill legal requirements.

The framework covers six key principles; clear purpose and effective leadership; effective board composition; accountability, responsibility and effective decision making; long-term sustainable success through effective opportunity and risk management; reward aligned to long-term success; and meaningful stakeholder engagement and relationships.

The corporate governance model is implemented across the Nadara group subject to local rules and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
