Anastasia Titova

As our Chief HR Officer, Anastasia manages a team whose mission is to create opportunities for individuals, teams and organisations to grow, learn and thrive in a professional environment founded on the principles of fairness, equity and inclusion.

Anastasia began her career in 1997 in the Oil & Gas sector, where she built up a decade of experience in the field of HR. She worked on significant projects in Russia for major multinational companies such as Occidental Petroleum, Shell and Petrofac International.

In 2007 she joined the energy sector with Enel Group in Russia, where she participated in the acquisition and integration of the Russian company into the Group’s business. Over the next ten years Anastasia worked in the renewable and conventional generation, distribution, and corporate structures businesses within the group, before joining Nadara in 2017 and assuming her current role in 2024.
