The 54.1 MWp photovoltaic agricultural plant in the municipality of Ginosa (TA), in the locality of Stivaletta, combines the production of renewable energy, equal to the needs of over 41 thousand families, with the enhancement of organic agriculture, with areas dedicated to beekeeping and different types of crops, including cereal crops dedicated to animal feed and areas dedicated to the breeding/shelling and grazing of the same animals in compliance with the environmental peculiarities of the territory.

The project uses innovative methods, which have already been successfully adopted in other countries, and which represent a novelty in Italy, thanks to the use of technological/agricultural skills that generate a beneficial impact on the territory

Taff Ely Wind Farm is one of the first generation of wind farms to be built in the UK. It's located near Bridgend in South Wales, approximately two kilometres south of the village of Black Mill and three kilometres west of Tonyrefail. It was constructed in 1993 using turbines manufactured by Nordtank Energy AS. Taff Ely's 20 turbines are rated at 450kW, giving the site an installed capacity of 9MW.

Tedder Hill Wind Farm is situated on farmland between the charming villages of Roos and Rimswell in the south of East Riding in Yorkshire. Construction commenced in October 2012 and the turbines began commercial operations in July 2013. The wind farm, whose three wind turbines have a maximum tip height of 111m from the turbine base to the blade tip, became part of the4 Nadara portfolio in 2018. The turbines are rated at 2.5MW, giving the site an installed capacity of 7.5MW with the ability to generate enough energy to power 6,188 homes.

Tow Law Wind Farm is situated close to the former mining village of the same name in County Durham, which is famously mentioned in the first line of the Mark Knopfler song, 'Hill Farmer's Blues'. The wind farm is just one mile north east of the town centre on the B6301 and is built on an area of open cast land that has been restored to a mix of heathland and agriculture. Tow Law's three turbines, which came into service in December 2001, are rated at 770kW, giving the site an installed capacity of 2.31MW with the ability to generate enough energy to power 1,906 homes.

Trysglwyn Wind Farm is situated on farmland that's used for grazing sheep and cattle as well as for arable purposes. The wind farm is accessed via an unclassified road that connects it with the village of Rhosboyl in Anglesey. Rhosboyl (with a population of around 1,100) is about 2.5 miles from the town of Amlwch which was the second largest town in Wales in the late 18th century thanks to the nearby copper mine at Parys Mountain. Construction work on Trysglwyn Wind Farm began in 1996, taking around a year to complete. Its 14 turbines are rated at 400kW, giving the site an installed capacity of 5.6MW with the ability to generate enough energy to power 4,621 homes.

Ty-Ru Wind Farm is located near the English Channel, 6 miles to the east of Morlaix and very close to the national road going to Brest and Rennes. Around half a mile south of the site is the Monts d’Arrée massif, the highest point in Brittany at 1,263 feet. The land on which the site is located belongs to private owners who use it for agriculture and stockbreeding. Energy production is channeled to a power station approximately 5 miles away via an underground cable following existing roads to minimise the environmental impact.

The Castillo Eólico León cluster comprises the wind projects of Porqueros, Ucedo and Veldedo de Nadara and will be located in the municipalities of Magaz de Cepeda, Brazuelo, Villagatón, Santa Colomba de Somoza and Torre del Bierzo, in the province of León (Spain). .
These new wind farms will mean a total estimated production of 235 GWh/year, enough to supply energy to more than 30,000 homes.
